These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sharp Signal Sports (the “Service”) at sharpsignalsports.com, including our website, memberships, free picks, and text/email communications. By using the Service or submitting the opt-in form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is void where prohibited.

2. The Service

Sharp Signal Sports provides sports handicapping analysis, picks, and a dated public record (“the ledger”) for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind.

3. Free Pick & Promotions

We may offer a free pick or trial to prospective members who submit the opt-in form. Free offers are provided as-is and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Providing your information does not create a membership or any obligation to purchase.

4. Membership & Billing

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our third-party payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Because the full record is available to review before you subscribe, memberships are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Text Message (SMS) Program

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Sharp Signal Sports at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. No Guarantees

All picks and analysis reflect our opinion and are provided “as is.” Past performance does not indicate future results, and we make no guarantee of any outcome, profit, or win rate. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or betting advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

7. Responsible Gaming

If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, help is available — call 1-800-GAMBLER. Please use the Service responsibly.

8. Acceptable Use

Memberships and picks are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, republish, redistribute, or scrape our picks or the ledger. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by Sharp Signal Sports or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access member content for personal use only.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharp Signal Sports disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three (3) months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Sharp Signal Sports operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction for that location, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
